Latakia International Container Terminal currently employs over 320 professionals, combining skilled port workers and technical experts and over 100 workers from the local market.

The terminal invests heavily in workforce development through structured training and performance programs, ensuring continuous improvement and service quality. LICT operates in partnership with global logistics leaders, supporting a vision of integrated, future-ready port operations across the Eastern Mediterranean.
